GENERAL Client must provide a clear reference and the artist can reject client's request if they're not able to fulfill it.

USAGE The client may use the commission artwork for personal purpose only, which would include public display on social media without monetization, printing with limited quantities and no distribution, and edit with prior permission from the artist. The client is not allowed to use the commission work for NFTs or any crypto currencies and should not use it to train generative AI.

COPYRIGHT The artist reserved all copyright, ownership, redistribution, and intellectual property rights, which include but is not limited to display, advertising, printing the work and work in progress websites, social media, portofolio, and more. Therefore the client must not claim the commission artwork as their own and always put credit of the artist social media.

DELIVERY After the client approved the sketch, the artist will begin to work at the request for estimated time of one to five weeks which might be longer depending on the complexity of the works and queue.

PAYMENT Client could pay half/full upfront or full after the client approved the sketch. If there is any additional fee after the sketch phase, it will be billed before the finished artwork file is sent.

REVISION During the sketch phase major revision such as changing pose is only allowed for the maximum of two times and after the sketch is approved by the client, no major revision will be accepted. Minor revision is allowed three times and more would be charged for the whole process, however if it's the artist mistake, revision would not be charged.

REFUND No refund, if the artist has made any kind of progress for the client's request. If the artist is unable to finish the commission artwork, the client will be grant 50% refund.
